When you get a refund
If we cannot deliver working API access that you paid for, and we cannot fix the problem within a reasonable time after you report it, we will refund your payment in full.
When refunds are not given
- Access that was delivered and works as described.
- Failures caused by invalid, private or removed links, or by misuse of the API.
- Access suspended for breaking our Terms & Conditions.
Duplicate or failed payments
If you were charged twice or charged for a failed payment, we will refund the extra amount.
Donations
Donations are voluntary and are not payments for a service, so they are generally not refundable. If you donated by mistake, contact us and we will review it.
How to request
Email oxenv@outlook.com with your payment details and a description of the problem. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
